 - Personal Identification Information: Name, email address, phone number, physical address.
 - Platform Usage: Login logs, IP address, device/browser type, and support chat history.
 - Product Content: Descriptions, images, and listings you upload to the platform.
 - Transaction Records: Orders fulfilled, commissions earned, refunds issued, and related performance metrics.
 - Location Data: If you use the Delivery service, we collect location data to facilitate deliveries.

 - You may close your partner account at any time, though we may retain transactional history for recordkeeping.

 - We do not sell vendor data or share it with third-party advertisers.

These Vendor Terms ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the partner platform, tools, and services ("Partners Platform") provided by Mocket Partners ("we", "our", "us"). By registering as a partner, using our website, app, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
General:
- You must be 18 years or older to use our platform.
 - You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
 - You are responsible for keeping your account information confidential and secure.
 
Platform Services:
- Marketplace: Our platform connects buyers and sellers to engage in transactions.
 - Delivery Service: We facilitate the delivery of goods through a network of delivery partners.
 - Partner Service: Sellers can register as partners to list their products on our platform.
 
Registration & Eligibility
- Vendors must be legally registered businesses or authorized individuals.
 - You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the business and tax information you submit.
 - We reserve the right to verify your identity and suspend access pending any compliance checks.
 
Product Listings and Content
- You retain ownership of your content, including product descriptions, images, and pricing.
 - By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it across our platform and subdomains.
 - All listings are subject to moderation and must comply with content guidelines and applicable law.
 - We may edit, remove, or reject listings that are misleading, counterfeit, unsafe, or illegal.
 
Order Fulfillment & Returns
- You must fulfill orders within the timelines you advertise.
 - You are responsible for coordinating with suppliers if applicable.
 - Returns and refunds will follow the platform’s policies. Vendors are expected to honor approved refund requests promptly.
 - We may issue refunds on your behalf if you fail to respond or violate return handling rules.
 
Commissions & Payouts
- Commission rates vary based on your business model: subscription-based, affiliate, dropshipping, or direct vendor.
 - Final payout amounts will be net of commissions, fees, and applicable taxes.
 - Payouts are disbursed 24 hours after an order is confirmed delivered by the platform or its courier partners.
 - We reserve the right to delay or withhold payouts in cases of fraud, chargebacks, or disputes.
 
Platform Rights & Moderation
- We reserve the right to moderate listings and vendor conduct.
 - Access to the Partners Platform may be revoked at our discretion for violations of this Agreement or fraud prevention.
 
Responsibilities & Liabilities
- You are responsible for ensuring products listed are accurately described and safe for use.
 - Suppliers will be held liable for manufacturing defects, but you must cooperate in the refund or claims process.
 - Listing counterfeit or infringing products may result in account termination and legal action.
 
Payment and Fees:
- Transactions on the platform are subject to payment processing fees, which may vary based on the service (buying, selling, delivery).
 - You agree to pay all applicable fees for using the platform’s services, including transaction fees, delivery charges, etc.
 
Termination:
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform for violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent and illegal activities or in cases of non-compliance, fraud, or abuse.
 
Intellectual Property:
- All content on the platform (logos, graphics, text, etc.) is the property of Mocket or its licensors. You may not use it without permission.
 
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability:
- We do not guarantee the accuracy or quality of products listed by third parties (partners).
 - We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from transactions between buyers and sellers.
 - Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
 
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria and applicable West African regional agreements. Disputes will first be addressed via our internal support team. Unresolved cases shall proceed to mediation and then binding arbitration under Nigerian law or applicable international rules.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms periodically.. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date and also communicated to partners via the platform or email. Continued use after notice implies acceptance.

Subscription & Commission Policy

Subscription Plans
Vendors may be required to subscribe to a paid plan in order to access platform features. Subscription tiers may vary by region, product volume, business model, or special services.
- Subscription plans are billed in local currency (e.g. Naira, CFA) via Paystack or other approved methods.
 - Plans may include free trials or introductory rates but auto-renew after expiration unless cancelled.
 - Failure to renew may result in limitation or suspension of vendor privileges.
 
Commission Structure
We charge a commission on completed sales. Commission rate depends on your business model:
- Direct Vendors: Fixed percentage of product price per completed order.
 - Affiliate Vendors: Performance-based commission deducted from each sale driven by affiliate tracking.
 - Dropshipping Vendors: Variable commission depending on the supplier agreement and fulfillment tier.
 
Fees & Adjustments
- Additional service fees may apply (e.g. marketing boosts, premium support).
 - Dispute resolution or refunds may temporarily delay commission or payout release.
 - In cases of fraud, the platform may reverse or deduct commission and fees from future payouts.
 
Cancellation & Refunds
Subscription cancellations must be submitted via the vendor dashboard. We do not refund partially used subscription periods unless required by law.

Affiliate & Dropshipping Vendor Terms

Affiliate Vendors
- Affiliate vendors promote products using approved tracking tools or referral links provided by the platform.
 - Commissions are earned only on completed, non-refunded purchases resulting from referred traffic.
 - Affiliate activity must comply with anti-spam, advertising, and consumer protection laws.
 - We reserve the right to disqualify commissions from fraudulent, self-generated, or manipulated referrals.
 
Dropshipping Vendors
- Dropshippers must coordinate with platform-approved suppliers or provide accurate supplier data during onboarding.
 - You are responsible for order accuracy, packaging standards, and delivery compliance.
 - Supplier errors (e.g. damaged, wrong, or delayed products) will be escalated through our platform’s dispute process, but vendors remain the point of contact to the buyer.
 - We may temporarily hold payouts on disputed orders until issues are resolved.
 
Fraud & Abuse Prevention
The platform uses automated and manual checks to prevent abuse. We may suspend affiliate or dropshipping privileges without notice for manipulation, fake accounts, or policy violations.
Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the affiliate or dropshipping program at any time. Outstanding commissions will be paid according to the standard payout schedule, subject to dispute resolution.

Refund/Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your product, you can return it in accordance with the terms outlined below.
Eligibility for Return:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
 - The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
 
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
 - The refund process may take up to 10 business days after the return has been received and inspected.
 
Exceptions:
- Items that are marked as non-returnable or damaged items.
